Shop by category

This is the perfect place to start browsing if you are looking for a specific menu item or customer service information. Our main categories are our Restaurant Menu, Mail Order Menu, Catering Menu, Gourmet Pizza, and Customer Service. These main categories are located at the top of our web site pages, and you can access each category by clicking on the corresponding link on the top section of any page. Once you are on the category page, the left side will have a list of search options. On the left side of these pages you can refine the category further by Menu Category or Price.

Shopping With Our Search Tool

You might already know exactly what you're looking for and, therefore, want a focused shopping experience. Our search tool saves you time by letting you enter in exactly what you're looking for (Ex: "Neopolitan Round"). No need to look through pages of other delicious dishes!

The Shopping Bag

The shopping bag is where you keep your selections until you are ready to check out. It works just like a cart in a store. While you are still browsing, it will hold the items you wish to purchase.

To save items for a longer period, you will need to have a Lenny's of Jamesport account. Click the "Join Lenny's of Jamesport" link on the bottom left of the homepage or "My Account" at the top of any page to create your account. When you have an account and the site recognizes you, we will remember the items you leave in your cart whenever you visit Lenny's of Jamesport.

You may review what you have put in your shopping bag whenever you wish. All you have to do is click on the link to "shopping bag" at the very top of the page and you will be able to see all of the items you are currently holding in there. It even keeps track of how many items you've placed in it as you continue to shop on the site.

Once you click on the "shopping bag" link, you can see the item name, the price and the quantity. From the shopping bag, you'll also be able to update the quantities of any item (either adding or removing). You can remove items by clicking on the "remove" button next to any item. To increase the quantity of an item, simply enter the desired quantity next to the item in your bag and click the "update total" button.

Checking Out

Once you have found what you are looking for and added all the item(s) you wish to purchase to your shopping bag you are ready to check out. From your shopping bag, click the "proceed to checkout" button. If you have already created a Lenny's of Jamesport account, enter your email address and password under the "returning customers" header and click the "continue" button. If you are a new customer, click the "continue" button under "new customers." Simply follow the steps outlined and provide the necessary shipping and billing information to complete the checkout process. Once you have completed checkout, you will begin to receive email notifications on your order. You can also log into your account to view your order status.

Checkout is Only Valid for Mail Order Items

While you are able to add any of our menu items to your shopping bag, the only items that can be ordered for shipping to any address in the USA are the items located in our Mail Order Menu section.

Use Our Shopping Bag if You are Visiting Our Restaurant

If you are going to be visiting our restaurant, you can add your desired menu items to your shopping bag and save this shopping bag in your Lenny's of Jamesport Account. Our shopping bag is very useful in assisting you in the decision making process so that when you come to our restaurant, you already know what you would like to order. Otherwise, we will have a fully detailed menu waiting for you at our restaurant.

Simple and Convenient

Ordering on Lennys of Jamesport is simple and easy. We've organized all of the steps into a few clear and secure pages, so that the whole process will be smooth and hassle-free.

Order Confirmation

Once you have placed an order with us, we will send you three (3) emails.

The first is an order confirmation. This will be sent to you immediately after you have placed your order. It will detail your transaction.

The second email will be sent when we have approved your order. This email will let you know that your order has been approved and that it is being cooked and prepared for shipment.

The third email will tell you that your order has been shipped and that your credit card has been billed.

When the third email is sent, we will also send an email with your tracking number.
