Lenny's has a traditional pizzeria, along with a dining room for groups of all sizes. We have an experienced staff that will meet all of your needs by providing a premium dining experience.

Is it expensive to dine in at Lenny's?
No, it is not expensive to dine in at Lenny's. While all of our menu items are prepared with the highest quality ingredients, prices range from $3.95 to $24.95. We offer a wide range of meals in order to satisfy the tastes and budgets of all customers.

Do I have to make a reservation to dine in?

Where do you deliver mail order menu items to?
Lenny's Pizza and Pasta delivers gourmet pizza to all addresses in the United States of America.

Do you deliver to a physical address, both residential and business?
Yes we deliver to physical addresses, both residential and business.

Do you deliver to a P.O. box?
Yes we deliver to P.O. boxes.

Can I send to a college?
Yes, but because of the nature of college residence halls, a signature will be required. We strongly recommend you let the college student know a package is coming. Many times college mail goes straight to the mail room, not always directly to the dorm room. Please make sure the student knows to expect a perishable package.

Can you ship outside of the USA?
No, currently we can only ship within the USA.

Does USA shipping include shipments to Alaska or Hawaii?
Yes, for an additional shipping charge. Once shipped, packages can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

Can I ship to Puerto Rico?
Yes, Puerto Rico is a territory of the United States, we can ship there for an additional charge. Once shipped, packages can take up to 48 hours to arrive.

How often do you deliver? We can deliver as frequently as you would like. You decide on how much you need and when, and we will be pleased to oblige any request.

Can I send a personalized message with my order?
Yes, we print a personalized message on the outside of the box on the address label. We ask you try to keep the message within 10-15 words.

Can I purchase gift cards for online purchases?

Will the courier or Lenny's Pizza and Pasta call before delivering the package?
No, it is your responsibility to be available when the package is delivered or to let the recipient know a package is coming. We strongly advise this because the package is perishable and needs to be refrigerated ASAP.

Does someone have to be home to sign for the package?
When sending to a residential address, it is standard practice to release the package at the door if no one is home. Please advise the recipient a package is coming and to be on the lookout. Recipients in multi-unit buildings should be home in case the driver needs a signature. When shipping to multi-unit buildings, packages may be delivered to apartment office.

What if the Courier cannot leave the package at the door without a signature?
The courier will take the package back to the Courrier and it will be the recipient's responsibility to pick it up or schedule a redelivery before the products spoil. The delivery person may also attempt to deliver the package again.

Will UPS, USPS or Fedex keep the package refrigerated?
No, the products are packed with dry ice and kept cold by our packing process.

How long can the products keep in the "keep fresh" coolers?
All packages have enough dry ice to keep products frozen from the time they leave our facility until they make it to your doorstep.

What if I receive my meals and there is no dry ice inside?
As long as your order arrived on time, and the meals are still "refrigerator-cold" to the touch, they can be safely stored in your freezer with no reduction in quality. If you have further questions, please email us at Info@LennysofJamesport.com or call us at (631)722-8589.

Can I put the products in the freezer?
If the products are frozen when the package is received, you can put them in the freezer. And although you can, if the products have been defrosted, for the best flavor, we do not recommend refreezing. Refrigerate defrosted products and eat within 24 hours.

How do I cook the products?
All products come with individual baking instructions. Please see product labels or inserts for specific instructions.

Can I cook the pizzas in the microwave oven?
We do not recommend this. Our gourmet pizza comes out delicious and crispy when cooked properly in an oven.
